Inspired by a modern jungle theme, we are proposing a rebrand of the Samburu Grill to City Park Market, celebrating both the Zoo and the overall Denver culture of enjoying the outdoors. This high guest traffic area is the first food and beverage location beyond the Main Entrance, making it the first impression for many guests.

As part of our recommended revamp, we have considered the following elements of the experience:

• Implementation of a free flowing market design to improve flow through space and improve speed of service and revenue
• Concepts to include variety in the form of a Pizza, Grill, Healthy Grab N Go
• Lead with technology to create a frictionless guest experience through mobile pick up and Mashgin check out utilizing camera technology
• Elevate the presentation and design with high-end display cases and nice fixtures and finishes
