Watering Hole

This future site is located at The Bear Mountain exhibit and Brown Bear Cafe, where they share one of Denver Zoo’s busiest intersections. Our Design & Construction team will be available to consult on the construction plans and weigh in on optimizations for the food and beverage operations.

Your plans include the redevelopment of this space to include a large plaza, while integrating the existing Denver Zoo Railroad and Conservation Carousel. With our extensive experience developing plaza activations, we see possibilities for yoga, public cooking classes, live music, and more.

Our proposed menu includes a sampling of food-truck style rotating offerings along with a self-service craft beer wall powered by PourMyBeer technology. The shipping container concepts provide us with the flexibility to evolve the programming of the space on a regular basis to drive new guests and repeat visits.

The Watering Hole is an outdoor food court featuring four containers selling food and beverage and one container selling retail (merchandise). Our Design and Construction team will work with you to design the optimal mix of containers serving hot food, packaged beverage and snacks and modular kitchen with full production, to maximize the experience and flexibility for The Watering Hole.
